I would guess almost every college team has low uptake when unsupervised

Have no idea about the testing aspect of course. But, seeing how the average person handles measures like distancing and mask use, I expect it's only a very small percentage of college athletes who following these kind of guidelines in the absence of someone (e.g. a coach) standing there making them do it.
