Louisville is a program that should be recruiting mostly top 100 kids. In 2017 4 of their 5 recruits were in the top 100, in the '15 and '16 classes the story was exactly the same.

2019 they had 4 of 6 in the top 100, in the last two classes only 1 of their 8 recruits fell within the top 100. The fact that VT is in head to head battle with UL (Ellis, Wiznitzer, Pettiford) is either embarrassing for Louisville or incredibly impressive for VT. It's probably a little of both, but I'd definitely say our fans are happier with talent acquisition than theirs.
