I heard a rumor that the ACC will announce a schedule today
it might be elsewhere on the board - this is something I heard from a Blacksburg hotel when I called to ask about a reservation for this season.
I would guess that we'll see games with 10-12k fans. That might be about the same number of hotel rooms in Blacksburg, so assuming everybody stays overnight, not much loss there. The number might also be chosen to correspond to a certain level of donor.
It looks like the Big Ten is leading the way here - strong leaders step and make hard choices without regard for public opinion. I've always believed the pragmatists would step up and do something. I hope we find out today. [Post edited by lawhokie at 07/29/2020 09:09AM]
