Earlier today I ordered fast food
Paid cash at the register. Needed change.
Guy asked me if I need a receipt. I said no.
He then walked off.
I had to call him back over, to get my change.
It wasn't much, just a few pennies.
But, that was either sloppy, rude, or maybe policy being passed down from corporate, saying that unless a customer specifically asks for change, you don't give it?! With signs I am seeing talking about coin shortages and "please use correct change" (this place had no such sign up), I do wonder.
If he had asked if I just wanted to put them in one of those penny cups next to the register (which they did not have), I probably would have.
Just wondering what is going on. [Post edited by No_Limit_Hokie at 07/28/2020 8:36PM]
