Furthermore - stay away from at risk contacts.
Every year my family stays away from my 97 year old grandmother during flu season. She is grateful - phones and FaceTime are effective.

So if I thought I might affect others by carrying a communicable disease - how bout I just protect them and avoid contact for a while? Simple concept
