Sure, it's highly unlikely that any individual would die. But the chances are not zero.
100 or do players per team. 130 or do teams. If each individual has a 99.99% chance of surviving, you're highly likely looking at at least one death. Maybe two or three. Reduce those odds to even 99.95% though, and you're looking at 7-10 deaths. Let's then not forget about coaches, admin, and the friends and family of everyone involved.
And then you have the long term ramifications that we barely understand at this time.
