Is there even a strategic vision for the direction of football, basketball and Olympic sports, and the infrastructure needed to achieve those goals, and what is needed from all Hokies to achieve those goals? If there is, I haven't seen it. The HOOS have one, and it's easily accessible on the HOO official athletic site. If we have one, can someone direct me to it. I'd love to see it.

Instead, all I get is the general sentiment, "We want to be the best we can be, and when we get there, you will want to have the best seat in the house, so send tons and tons of money".
