Record a podcast and not tell the other person. That would be rather irresponsible. I'd hope they'd share why the other isn't at work and I'd hope they'd also tell any guests they were supposed to have on any podcasts as well.

Absolutely no one is asking for specifics of individuals. But I don't even know if they are testing athletes at all. I assume so, like every other college I've seen that has released very basic info for (example in previous post somewhere), and there is ZERO harm in revealing N number of people tested positive and they are self-quarantining for 10 days.
