Depends on which labs are processing the tests. Some private labs can do a

same day turnaround. I live within 2 miles of the ESPN facility where the NBA will play their games and some things I have heard suggest that Disney and the NBA may have an on site lab up and running before the season begins. Some labs are now pooling samples; combining several samples to process together. If there is a positive test in a sample pool, then each sample is retested individually.
In locations that have a low positivity rate this will greatly reduce the time it takes for folks to get their test results. This would seem to make sense for groups that are semi isolated from public contact ...sports teams for example.
