But these are unusual times and I think having ND in the mix to compete for the ACC title would make the season (if there is a season) and future seasons a lot more interesting. In 2020 there would have to be some restrictions/limitations that would prevent ND from claiming the championship by taking the place of a nearly equal ACC team. One thing I would consider is ND could not be a part of any tie breaker situation. The Irish could only claim the title or participate in a title game by having the best or second best record. Other things such a rankings in the polls might come into play.
