I honestly do not think ND will ever become a member of the ACC football

conference. Since we are just spit balling ideas, having Navy as either full or football only member would give ND a conference team that is already on their schedule until eternity while WVU nor UConn does not. Depending on how the revenue works out, I would say Navy would prefer to be football only.
My preference would be to forget about ND and offer WVU if/when the B12 reorganizes.
