Visiting fans are more likely to attend the game @UNLV

if the game is being played in the Raiders' brand new stadium. Also, bigger named programs are more likely to agree to play a home-home series with UNLV if the game is played in the Raiders' stadium. You don't think Babcock would entertain the idea of agreeing to a home-home series with UNLV if UNLV's home game is played in the Raiders' stadium? BTW Vandy's home game in the VT-Vandy home-home is not being played at Vanderbilt Stadium. It is possible (and probably likely) that VT insisted Vandy's home game be played in the Titans' stadium as a condition to agreeing to the series.

If UNLV starts to have more people attending the games, regardless of which team the fans are cheering for, then a "better" conference will take notice particularly if the conference is looking to expand. The same could be true if a bunch of schools are looking to form a new conference.
