something could happen in the form of repatriations. At least I don't think individuals or companies will be forced to give back the land to the Native Americans. I could see the court rule that states, counties, and cities pay a tribe a sum of money. It is even possible the payment is designed to be a symbolic one as a way of trying to help everyone move forward.
