Phase III study - I'm going to volunteer. The vaccine developed by Oxford is already in phase III studies and might be ready by the end of the year. The interesting thing is that the federal gov't is throwing money at every vaccine company. They are producing vaccines in mass even if they don't know yet if they work. I liken it to the Manhattan Project - going all out.
