Shame about DLX (Bly's attempt at a sports complex in Va Beach), could have done a lot of good if it got completed. The turf field gets some use, but the fieldhouse is still incomplete. Now the beach will have what he wanted to do (minus the olympic swimming pool), but at the oceanfront.
