Ruffin Mcneil and Skip Holtz did about as good as you can do at ECU. Montgomery on the other hand was literally the Ricky Stokes of football. Great guy that you want to see do well, but just a bad coach. He is now the OC and QB coach at UMD. Trust me Josh Jackson was getting much better coaching at VT. UMD will continue to recruit good QBs and waste them (I'm not counting JJ, always thought he was average, a poor mans Tahj Boyd).
