a term limit is probably a good one, however, there might need to be some flexibility to that number because it would be a shame to lose a guy who might have energy, ability and experience solely due to a time limit. Term could possibly be extended with say a unanimous vote. Also need some tighter conflict of interest rules and processes, in my opinion.

Swofford will certainly have inaction as a part of his legacy, particularly where the Tarheels are concerned. Some will also make that claim from a network standpoint, however, in my opinion, that debate is much more nuanced than many might think due to a variety of factors both internal and external to the conference.
