Imagine accepting a job with A- or A expectations but the resources

you’re given are in the C/C+ range. Uphill battle for sure.

Not sure I’d ever accept a job like that, unless the reward was insane.

Perhaps in Fu’s case, if he’s successful at VT with C resources amid A expectations then he’ll get promoted to the big boys quite easily. Move up to more money and far better resources but the expectations remain somewhat the same.
