I remember everyone poking fun at the charasmatic, but eccentric Dabo as he started recruiting at a very high level despite a lack of success on the field. Not surprisingly, after he amassed all that talent, the wins followed reinforcing the virtuous cycle on the recruiting trial.

I think we are in a negative feedback loop, with recruiting and wins decreasing over time so far. Hopefully, we get things turned around.
