As a Hokie fan I hope it pays off in the mid term because sure isn’t looking that way despite the investment in time made to the 2021 class (we were told 2020 was our down year and to expect a top 20 class in 2021).

Personally wish he had pursued more of a hired established recruiters and or guys connected to our VAHS or Maryland/DC. Still don’t get why guys like Corny or the JMU kid are on the staff. Or why he didn’t invest staff money on an Anthony midget and made him co-defensive coordinator or poach someone (an established recruiter) from the Maryland. staff. The ex Dematha HC who is now on the Maryland staff would have been a good one.
