Any thoughts on the safety of going to Hilton Head or Kiawa?->

We have about given up on our normal Island venues. Even though they are "opening", we hear a bunch of the places are staying closed until at least high-season..December. Not worth the hassle of going, if most of the places on the Islands we want to visit will still be selectively closed.

Still hope for my sand ocean and palm tree fix..at least somewhere ..and NO, Myrtle Beach was NEVER an option.

Anybody gone to either of the above mentioned places lately? I feel like they may be a little safer since they ain't cheap! Maybe that will keep the sheer numbers of people down??

Any thoughts?
