I took my last employer thru a chapter 11, it can be some changes


as you may have to talk to some suppliers and customers that everything is ok and there is a re-emergence plan. What it means is the suppliers who have not been paid their invoices have to wait until the chapter 11 is concluded to get paid, secured creditors still get paid and the lawyers get paid a ton. The company I took thru it emerged and a few months later our biggest client got taken by AWS and we were toast along with my job.
