We made noise for half a season. We yelled and hollered at the Clearwater tourney. ( best tourney in USA ) We humiliated, or at least, humbled again the unremarkable ‘Hoos, at their shiny new place, easily making more noise than ‘Hoo fans. I think a strong case should be made for Tech Softball to win the ACC next season. As for FSU and their fans, they are both very good. I got a sense that last season they would rather not play us. From our perspective, we really want to play them. Beating/pounding and winning a series against FSU next season is essential to be admitted to softball’s favored inner circle.
