it's a process. People are recruited to play and that's what they want and expect. Now some of these girls may have figured out on their own that it wasn't looking good for them some may have been given the "tough conversation" talk about their potential PT or lack there of. But i'm as confident in Coach D and his approach to the game and team concept as I am of any VT coach in any sport. As a coach myself , it's hard to take an average program and make them a winner without some tough choices being made. I think if VT can hold on to Coach D they will be very competitive over the next few years and beyond. Just my thoughts.
