It is certainly a great honor to be in the 30 under 30 designation. But as someone who received one of those similar honors at the DIII level, you have to submit yourself for consideration of the award, so many of the top coaches under 30 aren't recognized.

The easier money is to bet on the fact that Coach Webster will get a job elsewhere as a higher assistant within the next 3-4 years.

Chester Frazier (who is only 32) is the top assistant at VT, and has a much more decorated resume than anyone on the staff. If you want to hang on to 1 assistant and 1 assistant only...he is the guy
