Thats never been the issue. You just have to study the effects of the vaccines on humans. Which cannot be rushed. No amount of brain power or sheer will can make the hands of time go any faster.

I am very certain that the vaccine that will help eradicate the virus has already been made. It just has to pass a very lengthy process of being studied for side effects. That process wont conclude until March or April of next year at the earliest.
