Seth showed that we could play some games with the best in the country, but we couldn't sustain any push in the tournament. Buzz showed that not only could we play with the best in the nation, we could continue playing with the best in the NCAA tournament.

I think Mike showing up after Buzz's tournament run was the absolute perfect time to build a program for future success. Mike's staff hires just blew the minds of the doubters, then his first recruiting class solidified his ability to build a program...and he has continues to build the program.

I think timing is everything, and Mike arrived at the perfect time IMHO.
