This seems almost pessimistic to me

That would imply that MY recruits one great class every 4 years with fillers in between and we wait for them to mature to be relevant. Much like CSG and the Gordon-Collins-Dowdell class then the Delaney-Hudson-Allen-Bell 4 years later. Also like Buzz with his first class since he never recruited full time after that.

MY on paper is doing the opposite, he’s balanced his classes remarkably well with the transfers and he’s signing top 100 talent consistently in both years. I know it was reclassified year 1, but year 2 was great and year 3 will likely be similar. Add to that he’s a system coach that doesn’t rely on Uber-talented individuals and it’s hard to see how he ends up at the same productivity level of Buzz after 3 years.

He was a relatively consistent tourney team at Wofford from a 1 bid league. I could easily see us being a fringe top 25 team year in and out under MY.
