Same way the Iowas and Penn States do ...


Steel sharpens steel. Wrestling is all about training partners. The top kids, no matter at the national level or state level will always believe they can be the starter.

So the short answer is honesty and transparency. You run the program with the best kid will earn the spot and let the wrestlers figure it out after that. recruits will be drawn to that.
