it's easier when you have a good base, which the UNCs and Dukes usually have. Horne was the only 3* player that got minutes. Outlaw is a little different. He was a 3* but had different path to Blacksburg. My point is, perhaps a tempered excitement is necessary. Bamisile is the highest rated player in that group 3 seasons from now. The 18-19 team had 4-5 guys ranked higher than him depending on if you count Chris Clarke (Nolley was a practice player).
