have proven that they can draw from the obvious VA, but also from the harder places like NJ/PA/OH and even FL and AL. It tells me we can go toe to toe with anyone and attract top shelf talent. IMO we are soooo close to putting it altogether. The next few years are going to be fun....

I still think Frayer is a very valuable recruiter and now the addition of Green is pretty awesome. The pieces just continue to fall in place.
