Recruiting will make a transition with Josh moving on, but seems to be on the right path. I expect the women to finish top 5 this year at ACCs along with the men. The comments about Sergio's international connections were spot on and I think we will have a bit more of an international flavor on the team.

The alumni relations comments were also very on point. One of the biggest issues was the lack of a complete database of the alumni. A TON of work has gone into fixing that and I think that folks will be very pleasantly surprised about the change. The Drive for 25 was a huge success last year and this year will be even better.

Lastly...the smaller team comment may hold true based on the COVID restrictions...I hope not, but that might be right on target. Just guessing, but you may see one group of kids training in the morning at WAR and another group at CAC. No ideal obviously, but a reasonable potential solution.
