We got Dr. Miear's (Mont Co VA) e-mail today

He expects school will not resume in the fall at anything close to a "normal". He expects some.sort of hybrid in person/virtual schedule with a possibility if not a probability of reverting to a 100% virtual mode at some point. This seems overly pessimistic and strange to see in an official email in early June.
