Don't know about the terrorist watch, but I wonder if that gives you more levers to investigate them to root out the violent, organized efforts here. Look at their money and credit ... see if you can find the sources for payments. I would arrest, arrest, arrest at night if you are joining these protests. Day protests seem peaceful and should be protected. Add in teleprompter speech from Trump, with leaders from both sides present and speaking. Show unity, but be scripted and do it today. Put faith leaders behind them of all colors and backgrounds.

Midterm - Main cop seems to be more of a murder 2 charge. I would upgrade if at all possible. Consider charging others if applicable. I don't know law enough, but seems plausible. Also, use Antifa and individual background terrorist data to go after the organized elements, leadership and funding. Crush the back-end brains and $$ hear and this becomes natural protests in the future, not organized anarchy.

Long term - Probably add in some civil/neighborhood boards to police cycle. Both listening and recommendations. Root out bad elements in police, but also community. Consider a public/private partnership in these dense minority community for local ownership. If you can build in more ownership, you likely get more accountability to each other. Easier to burn target than Joe's store who sponsored your AAU team.

I am sure there are better ideas, but I would be harsh short term. These groups are killing the very communities they are saying they are trying to help.
