... commercial truck, had to stop. Nearing the stop point, commercial had to move to the far left lane, and they were slowly waved through. Everyone else had to stop, and names were taken. I understand anyone from NY and NJ had to self quarantine for 14 days.

We jumped off I-95 onto US-17, until past the stop point and then got back on I-95.
