He is an interesting character but great with player development-eg VicHall

who played at Uva...for some reason we chose NOT to recruit him. He actually started at QB against us one year in the Burg and scored 2 quick easy TDs and the Hoos went up 14-0.
Then Welsh, in his supreme wisdom, immediately took him out of the game at QB and we went on to victory! Play ed with Oakland for a while I think post Uva...Prunty helped make his a good player and others
