It is located in my garage. I have a two story townhouse.

It is electrical. I have decided to sign up for American Home Shield $50 a month because both my water heater and my AC unit is in year 14. I am going to just go with the warranty program and if I have trouble I will call them. I am not handy at all which is kind of embarrassing for me considering all the people that I went to Tech with are very good at stuff like this. Between work and family and me not being handy I am going with the warranty program. Thanks for all the recommendations.
