I don't doubt you will see players leave school early

I guess I am not sure if the number will be high enough to make an impact on the college game. Also, it is possible MLB could decide to make its own adjustments to when the Rookie League starts or ends. At least I am not sure it matters if the League starts in June or July and if it ends in August or September.
