And it IS. Which is why it keeps happening and half this board still doesn’t understand why. And it isn’t just because it’s ‘hard’ lol.

VT is getting absolutely B-slapped on the trail. I’m not a hater or a troll, Hokie fan, that’s just the truth - and it sucks, I’m sure brutally morseso for the staff who continue to be completely duped by their top targets.

And I’m not blaming Fu, which I guess you think I am. It’s clearly not his strength, no matter what some want to believe, but this is actually a VT issue, not just a Fu one.

It is BEYOND easy to outrecruit this program. And it’s going to be a huge task to correct it. I don’t think Fu is the guy to get that done, but frankly it’s going to be a big hill to climb for ANY staff at this point.

VT is very very far behind.
