I think Horne is still in the rotation. Theyll use he and Pemsl depending on matchups. Horne can stretch a slower team and play smaller teams. Pemsl can play against bigger teams, and when you need a big who has some skill with the ball in his hands (Syracuse, UVA) he can play instead of Ojiako who isnt a great matchup in those games.
