He's won almost 75% of his games at Michigan and been to a couple of NY6

bowl games. His problem is Ohio State. He's only lost 7 Big Ten games aside from the Buckeyes. Michigan is top 13 in win% since he got there, and what he received from Hoke was a mess. Put 90% of any other programs, blue bloods included, and they're in the same boat. How about Franklin at PSU? I'm not sure Harbaugh is top 15, but he's pretty darned close.
