I knew Boots would be a key contributor. I was a little surprised that he wasn't a day one starter just because of his rebounding skills. That's why I was always defending him whenever there was a "walk-on"/"one year gift scholarship"/"processed out after a year" post last summer.

The biggest surprise for me last year was PJ's 3pt shooting. Going from 3-14 over 2 seasons to shooting 35% on 129 shots was definitely not something I was expecting when the season started.
