Here's a suggestion
I'm guessing based off of your descriptions and my own experience with similar kids.
When the screen comes from your 3 and 4, hedge and double hard along with your guards. They both sound athletic with good court awareness, and you may create some turnovers and easy baskets.
When the screen comes from the 5, leave him back to clog the lane and protect the rim. Sounds like he won't be effective playing out front (frustrating I know, but some kids just don't get it). You can also leave him in the lane when you hedge with 3 and 4, to protect against the roll getting loose. That way it keeps it simple and consistent for him.
After teams get film on you they may adjust, you'll have to figure out how to counter when they do.
