Actually, the linked story did add some perspective for me. For example

I had no idea who the interviewer was. The explanation in te article adds valuable insight as to the content. Regardless of anyone's particular beliefs. Note I have not mentioned anything political about the subject matter. I just found the historical information and the manner in which Judge Thomas spoke and described his personal point of view enlightening.

A an example, Thomas explains why he rarely asks questions in a hearing. Do you know why? He has a good reason, in my opinion.
