By the time vaccinations are available, they'll likely have a known
effectivity rate, and they'll know better how long the antibodies last, and what kind of protection the antibodies provide. Plus plenty of other people may be getting the vaccine helping to generate herd immunity.
In today's world, there are multiple concerns with antibody testing.
1. Test reliability is suspect in many cases.
2. If you have antibodies, there is no information on how long they last.
3. There is no proof that antibodies provide protection, (although they probably due based on knowledge learned from viruses).
So antibody testing can provide some statistical info on how COVID has penetrated the population, but you'll need to take into account the test accuracy issues. But for an individual, it won't really change what you have to do.
