I agree, I thought the orange bowl and that neighborhood revitalized

Classic rebuilt of the Orange Bowl and baseball next too it, but their was no political will of a partnership. Both the city, county and University was too polarized on this. and for Miami, they took an easy short cut to ease capital expenses.

I do think for Miami, I would socialize using the marlin stadium or close in soccer stadium.

HOWEVER, they are locked into a 30 year lease. agh
