Heh, heh, I sorta do that in my fridge, eg a gallon of Brunswick Stew

leave a larger container in the back, and smaller containers for the next few days lunch.

Reading some of the comments, someone mentioned also that the two outer containers shaded the inner container, ie less sun on it. they should have been several feet apart. just technical issues with the test. Close enough for any trip that's not being pushed to the limit and/or long term quality issues which is probably only 5% of potential users.
