But also, please understand that the overwhelming majority of college athletes are absolutely phenomenal people. And from a personailty standpoint would be a great addition to any locker room. But alas, you only have 13 scholarships.
Ideally you want 13 players who are a fit to your system and great in the locker room.
Nolley is a great fit for the system, but a bad fit in the locker room...he had to go.
Horne is a bad fit for the system, but great in the locker room. He got to stay. If he were a Freshman or Sophomore or didnt improve his shooting ability, I think that outcome would have changed though.
He is a senior who only takes up a scholarship for one more season, and he improved his shooting enough to make it feasible he could stay and have a role
Still doesnt mean hes a great fit
