Time. Georgetown won’t be back in session until 2021, so transfer to a state that can guarantee that it will have its colleges back in session and playing ball. It’s a legit reason to transfer, because if he doesn’t then he sits at home. Any top athlete should be backing out of their signed commitment now for 2020 using this as a reason.
