Plausible deniability and lack of direct evidence, not to mention that the NCAA could not find a hooker in a whorehouse, is the name of the game. Self and Kansas got sloppy(just like UNC) which leads to some negative publicity but when all is said and done Kansas will probably endure an expensive solution but, little actual punishment and then it is back to business as usual. That will probably be the worst Duke would face if things got dicey as well. Finally, all this may become a moot point with the NIL changes coming and these instances will be considered no more than institutions slightly ahead of the times. ;-)
